Terms of Service
The terms on which we provide our website and our immigration consulting services, including fees, refunds, and the limits of what anyone can promise.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
01Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and of any service provided by Canada Immigration Advisory. By using the site, submitting a form, or engaging us, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.
02The services we provide
Canada Immigration Advisory is a private company providing immigration consulting and application-preparation services. We are not a government department and we are not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada or any other public authority.
Regulated immigration advice is provided under the supervision of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. Our fees are for our professional services and are separate from any fee payable to a government.
03No guarantee of outcome
Canadian visa and immigration applications are assessed and decided by the Government of Canada. No consultant, lawyer, or advisory can guarantee that an application will be approved.
We will give you an honest assessment, prepare your application to a professional standard, and represent your file diligently. We do not promise a particular result, and no statement on this website should be read as such a promise.
04Your responsibilities
To act for you effectively we rely on you to:
- Provide information and documents that are true, complete, and current
- Tell us promptly if your circumstances change
- Respond to our requests and to any deadline set by an authority
- Not ask us to submit anything inaccurate or misleading
05Fees and payment
Our professional fees are set out in the service agreement you receive before work begins. Government and third-party fees, such as processing fees, biometrics, medical examinations, language tests, and credential assessments, are separate and are payable by you.
Where you pay by credit or debit card, the payment is processed at the time of purchase. We may use third-party payment processors and financial institutions to handle payments.
06Refund policy
If we have not yet begun work on your file, you may request a refund of your initial payment less any bank or transaction charges. Once work on your file has commenced, fees are non-refundable, because the fee covers the professional time and cost already incurred.
Once an application has been prepared and submitted, cancellation is not possible. Registration fees are not refundable where a submission or filing has already been started, including where an application was not ultimately submitted because required information was missing.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used to pay. To request a refund, contact us by phone or email. We consider each request on its circumstances and aim to respond within five to seven business days.
07Chargebacks and fraudulent payment
If a problem arises, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Where a payment is reversed unilaterally through a bank without giving us the opportunity to respond, we reserve the right to make representations to the bank to recover the funds owed.
In cases of fraudulent payment, including the use of stolen cards, we reserve the right to suspend service and to reverse any refund already made.
